M8l is seeking a marketing operations lead to drive growth for Patternbank, The Pattern Cloud, and The Design Agent. This remote role requires delivering high-volume email, social, and content programs while coordinating launches and performance reviews across three brands.

You will own strategy, execution, and weekly reporting, with a focus on SEO health, paid ads, and asset security. Strong discipline and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing multi-brand email campaigns with Flodesk or Mailchimp.
• Proven ability to manage social channels for multiple brands and platforms.
• Strong SEO knowledge including indexing and keyword research.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing operations across Patternbank, The Pattern Cloud and The Design Agent.
• Execute weekly email, social, and content programs against targets.
• Monitor paid campaigns on Pinterest/Google and report performance weekly.
• Publish regular blog posts and optimize content for SEO health.
• Coordinate launches for seasonal campaigns and trade shows.
• Maintain digital assets and secure logins with 1Password, and ensure reporting discipline.
