Job summary

tekhey is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing across multiple digital businesses. This remote role focuses on team leadership, project coordination, and turning business goals into actionable plans while guiding specialists and monitoring performance.

You will work with portfolios spanning KYC, identity verification, food delivery, and adult content projects. Strong English/Russian, cross-brand coordination, and the ability to manage several projects

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing with team leadership or coordination.
Good understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media and performance measurement.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop marketing plans with clear goals, priorities, timelines and budgets for each project.
Lead and coordinate SEO specialists, social media specialists.
Translate project goals into actionable tasks, assign responsibilities and monitor deadlines.
Track progress across projects, identify delays or resource gaps and coordinate solutions.
Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements based on results.
Take initiative, resolve issues within your scope and escalate decisions when necessary.
