TripleTen is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of projects from scoping through launch and results tracking. You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to turn insights into measurable campaigns for a global audience.

The right candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manages multiple initiatives, and translates complex problems into clear plans in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running marketing projects end-to-end.
• Strong background with consumer-facing brands.
• Excellent English communication for global audiences.
• Analytical mindset to measure and optimize metrics.
• Experience across content, social media, and community marketing.
• Strategic thinking plus tactical execution.
• Hands-on experience with AI in marketing (product, funnels, copy workflows, or agents).
• Proven ability to manage sensitive or public-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive marketing projects end-to-end from scoping to launch and results.
• Analyze market and audience feedback to create actionable initiatives.
• Develop content and community strategies with internal teams and agencies.
• Grow brand presence across social media and digital channels.
• Create guidelines and playbooks for consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Track performance and report key metrics to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility and engagement.
• Set up engagement processes for key audience segments (students, graduates, alumni).
• Scout, test, and scale new channels and platforms.
