Job summary

TestAssure is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and brand awareness. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, webinars, conferences, and partner marketing, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

This remote-friendly role collaborates across sales, partnerships, customer success, and leadership to bring TestAssure's story to market. This generalist position offers hands-on execution, strong evaluation of program performance, and opportunities to influence pipeline and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with events focus.
• Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, webinars, and conferences/trade shows.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong project management and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partners, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% for conferences and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid, organic, and partner channels.
• Plan and on-site execution for conferences and trade shows, including logistics and staffing coordination.
• Contribute to brand marketing messaging, content, and campaign creative.
• Support product marketing initiatives like launches and enablement content.
• Collaborate with channel/tech partners on co-marketing and shared events.
• Manage campaigns in HubSpot: builds, emails, landing pages, workflows.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign ROI and performance.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for marketing programs.
