Job summary

M32 AI is seeking an Events Manager to own our presence at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences across North America. You’ll source shows, run them end to end, and ensure every event drives meetings and pipeline.

This hands‑on role suits someone 1–4 years into their career who loves logistics, thrives in fast pace, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and product to turn booth activity into revenue.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
• Track record of organizing events end to end.
• Experience managing an events budget and forecasting spend.
• Able to define KPIs and build event-to-pipeline reports.
• Demonstrated interest in AI applications for events.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize events; manage a rolling 12‑month calendar.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and add‑ons with organizers.
• Plan end‑to‑end event logistics: booth, shipping, AV, catering, travel.
• Be on‑site at events; manage setup/teardown and troubleshoot.
• Brief team on objectives, accounts, and logistics.
• Partner with sales to book pre‑show meetings and follow up leads.
• Run pre‑ and post‑event campaigns with marketing for traffic and bookings.
• Own the event budget across the calendar and forecast costs.
• Define KPIs per event and build post‑event reports.
