Qualifications

• 1–3 years in event coordination or marketing operations.
• Experience managing conferences, webinars, or large meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient with project-management tools; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end event planning from concept to post-event follow-up.
• Manage registration, vendors, travel, materials, and run-of-show.
• Support virtual and in-person events, including large conferences.
• Create playbooks, timelines, and checklists to improve processes.
• Track logistics, expenses, and inventory; ensure on-time delivery.
