Job summary

AMR Management Services is seeking a full-time remote Education and Events Manager to lead conferences and educational programs for assigned clients. You will partner with clients, volunteers, internal teams, and vendors to plan, execute, and evaluate events from initial concept through post-event analysis.

The role emphasizes strong project management, organization, and communication skills, with responsibility for budgets, site selection, speaker coordination, and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and leadership skills, capable of handling multiple events from planning through completion.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and problem-solving abilities for client, vendor, and team coordination.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service aligned with client objectives.
• Manage planning and operational support of educational offerings, conferences, meetings, and events for assigned clients.
• Serve as project manager for client events, overseeing timelines and deliverables.
• Lead project team and internal planning meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Lead risk management evaluations for events and educational offerings.
• Assist with development and maintenance of event budgets and billing processes.
• Lead site selection, RFPs, site visits, and client recommendations.
• Research and recommend offsite locations and venues for events.
• Evaluate service providers per client requirements and SOPs.
• Coordinate evaluation of virtual and digital platforms for program objectives.
