Colibri Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the organic social presence across its Teacher Education ecosystem. You will shape how brands appear on platforms, craft educator-focused stories, and build engaged communities while driving awareness, traffic, leads, and applications.

The role is hands-on and contributor-level, with ownership of content, strategy, analytics, and influencer-program work.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-4 years managing organic social accounts for an employer, organization, or agency client.
• Direct experience planning, filming, editing, and publishing short-form video for a brand; able to appear on camera.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and editorial planning across multiple channels.
• Create hands-on short-form videos; script, film, edit, caption, and publish content.
• Build and serve engaged communities by managing comments, DMs, and audience conversations.
• Measure performance and optimize results using data, reporting, and experiments.
• Manage influencer partnerships and collaborate with Marketing; travel for events as needed.
