RethinkFirst is seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to join our in-house creative team. This hands-on role executes brand direction across marketing, digital, and events, producing polished, on-brand work with minimal hand-holding.

You will adapt campaigns to different formats, collaborate with the Creative Director and stakeholders, and manage multiple projects while maintaining accessibility and visual consistency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional graphic or marketing design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and brand use.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience with production-ready files across web, print, digital ads, and presentations.
• Experience supporting B2B software, healthcare, education, or mission-driven org.

Responsabilidades

• Apply and extend established brand and campaign identity across marketing materials.
• Design marketing materials including digital advertising, social content, emails, and presentations.
• Build and maintain brand templates for recurring use.
• Design landing pages and web experiences with solid UX fundamentals.
• Prepare files for digital, print, presentation, and event applications.
