Job summary

THORPETO, INC is seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to execute and streamline marketing activities across email, social, and branding. This part-time, remote role requires the ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver polished materials on a tight schedule.

You will build consistent visuals, coordinate campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Apollo, plan content for LinkedIn, and support events and collateral with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills with good layout and typography.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other business channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing activities independently.
• Comfortable working remotely with a US-based team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and coordinate weekly email marketing campaigns.
• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Apollo.
• Maintain and organize contact databases, including data entry and list management.
• Develop reusable email templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate campaign calendars, scheduling, and distribution.
• Create and schedule social media content, primarily for LinkedIn.
• Coordinate website updates, blog posts, and product announcements.
• Develop cohesive messaging and visual assets across channels.
• Establish and maintain a consistent visual identity across communications.
• Develop a catalog of reusable marketing templates for internal use.
• Create graphics for email campaigns, social media, presentations, and promos.
• Support with promotional materials for new products and campaigns.
• Assist with planning and coordinating conference participation.
• Source branded merchandise and promotional materials.
