Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in related field.
• One year marketing internship or professional experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign.
• Experience with CRM systems or content-management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and production of responses to RFPs, RFQs, proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials.
• Review RFPs for submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance.
• Assist with proposal outlines, checklists, schedules, and InDesign documents.
• Gather project, personnel, technical, and company information for proposals.
• Coordinate with Marketing and technical teams to obtain content.
