ENERCON's Marketing group seeks an energetic, highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, entry-level role. The position is hybrid, with offices in Atlanta, GA (Cobb County), Peachtree Corners, GA, or remote within the US.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the DCMC Marketing team through proposal production, marketing data and knowledge management, presentations, collateral development, and conferences and events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, design, English, journalism, or related field.
• One year marketing internship or professional experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to gather information from multiple sources and organize it in a clear, consistent, and usable manner.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and production of responses to RFPs/RFQs and proposals.
• Review RFPs for submission requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with outlines, compliance checklists, schedules, and InDesign documents.
• Gather project, personnel, technical, and company information for proposals.
• Coordinate with Marketing and technical teams to obtain content.
• Format, proofread, and quality-control proposal materials.
• Maintain records of completed proposals and pursuit materials.
• Support CRM data entry and marketing data organization.
• Develop qualifications presentations and marketing collateral.
