Enercon is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic Marketing group. This hybrid, entry-level role supports proposals, data management, and collateral development for the Data Center and Mission Critical AEC sectors.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, organized, and eager to learn, with experience in InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint. The role offers hybrid work with options in Atlanta or Peachtree Corners, GA, or remote within the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business, or related field.
1 year marketing internship or professional experience preferred.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to gather information from multiple sources and organize it clearly.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
Experience with CRM systems, databases, or content-management systems preferred.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

Support proposal development and production for RFPs, RFQs, qualifications packages, and presentations.
Review submissions for requirements, forms, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.
Assist with proposal outlines, checklists, schedules, and InDesign documents.
Gather project, personnel, technical, and company information for proposals.
Coordinate with Marketing and technical teams to collect content.
Format, proofread, edit, and QC proposal materials.
Support final submission and archiving of proposals and materials.
Maintain records of completed proposals and pursuit materials.
Organize and update project experience library and reusable content.
Enter and maintain CRM data to support accurate client and opportunity records.
Develop qualifications presentations and marketing collateral with layout support.
