Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the DCMC Marketing team in a hybrid role based in the US (Atlanta, GA area or remote).

The candidate will support proposals, data management, collateral development, and events in the Data Center and Mission Critical AEC space. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with excellent organization, able to handle multiple deadlines, and eager to learn.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• One year of marketing internship or professional experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather information and organize it clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Adobe InDesign; CRM/databases experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support development and production of responses to RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and presentations.
• Review RFPs for requirements, forms, deadlines, and compliance.
• Assist with proposal outlines, checklists, schedules, and initial InDesign docs.
• Coordinate with marketing and technical staff to gather content.
• Format, edit, and quality-check proposal materials.
• Maintain records of proposals and marketing content.
• Gather and organize project, personnel, client, and marketing data.
• Develop and update project profiles, resumes, and reusable content.
• Create client presentations and marketing collateral; support graphics work.
• Support conferences, events, registrations, logistics, and materials.
• Maintain CRM data entry and quality control.
