Job summary

JBA International is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager/Sr. Manager to lead impactful PR and marketing programs, elevating the firm and its lawyers regionally and nationally.

You will collaborate with executives, practice groups, and staff to drive external and internal communications initiatives. The role requires strong PR knowledge, media relations, and digital communications expertise, with leadership and independent judgment in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement firm public relations and marketing campaigns.
• Develop content and strategy for the firm’s digital program, including website and social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
• Write, edit and coordinate copy for messaging, collateral, ads, bios, awards entries, and surveys.
• Promote and support firm events, webinars and speaking engagements with draft content and program materials.
• Ensure branding and editorial guidelines across print and online materials.
• Lead education of marketing team on communications initiatives and policies.
• Manage relationships with brand, advertising and PR agencies on strategic projects.
• Delegate and supervise junior team members.
• Other duties related to marketing and communications programs as needed.
