Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Marketing Cloud Next Solution Architect to guide functional solution design for modern marketing automation initiatives, aligning platform capabilities with business goals and customer journeys. This remote role partners with stakeholders, technical experts, and delivery teams to shape scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing automation consulting or solution architecture.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement.
• Knowledge of Data 360 concepts and identity resolution.
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
• Experience designing multi-channel campaigns with personalization.
• Email deliverability and domain authentication knowledge.
• Ability to lead workshops and document design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design for the marketing automation platform, ensuring alignment with data capabilities.
• Run discovery and design sessions with stakeholders to capture platform capabilities and integration dependencies.
• Design campaign architecture using Flow-based orchestration and dynamic content for various channels.
• Incorporate consent and compliance into the platform design, aligned with regional regulations.
• Define platform setup and governance, including permission sets and deliverability planning.
• Shape marketing solutions with Agentforce specialists, establishing guardrails and measurement.
• Lead migration strategies for clients transitioning from other marketing platforms.
