Job summary

Offprem Technology is seeking a Solution Architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next. You will design and implement cross-platform solutions, guiding customers on platform strategy, migrations, and data flows between marketing tools and Salesforce CRM.

You will lead engagements, oversee build quality, and mentor consultants while expanding Offprem’s marketing practice with reusable accelerators and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) including Engagement Studio, Salesforce connector, scoring/grading, forms and landing pages.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Next and pursuit of certification is expected.
• Leadership in customer-facing discovery, solution design, and project delivery from kickoff to go-live.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data model and marketing data syncs with Sales Cloud.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate tradeoffs to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement from kickoff to go-live, managing scope, timeline, and budget.
• Design and document architecture for Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next implementations.
• Advise on platform strategy and migration sequencing.
• Develop lead management frameworks and nurture programs.
• Define campaign structure, attribution, and reporting to show marketing impact.
• Oversee data flows between marketing platforms, Salesforce CRM, and Data 360.
• Build reusable accelerators and mentor consultants in the practice.
