• Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement.

• Experience designing multi-channel campaigns with personalization.
• Email deliverability and domain authentication knowledge.
• Ability to lead workshops and document design decisions.

• Shape marketing solutions with Agentforce specialists, establishing guardrails and measurement.
• Lead migration strategies for clients transitioning from other marketing platforms.

For our client, we are seeking a Marketing Cloud Next Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide functional solution design for modern marketing automation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on aligning platform capabilities to business goals and customer journeys. You will partner closely with stakeholders, technical specialists, and delivery teams to shape scalable, compliant, and measurable solutions. The position also plays a key role in migration planning, governance, and the practical use of data and orchestration features across channels. Location: Remote. Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design for the marketing automation platform, ensuring alignment with data capabilities


• Run discovery and design sessions with stakeholders to capture platform capabilities and integration dependencies


• Design campaign architecture using Flow-based orchestration and dynamic content for various channels


• Incorporate consent and compliance into the platform design, aligned with regional regulations


• Define platform setup and governance, including permission sets and deliverability planning


• Shape marketing solutions with Agentforce specialists, establishing guardrails and measurement


• Lead migration strategies for clients transitioning from other marketing platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing automation consulting or solution architecture, with hands-on delivery experience in enterprise marketing automation platforms


• Experience with the marketing automation platform or a strong ramp-up from similar platforms like Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement


• Knowledge of Data 360 concepts, including data model objects and identity resolution


• Understanding of marketing consent and compliance requirements such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR


• Experience designing multi-channel campaigns with a focus on personalization and content strategy


• Practical knowledge of email deliverability and domain authentication


• Proven ability to lead workshops and document design decisions for sign-off
