NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Solution Architect for Marketing Cloud Next. You will lead functional designs across MC Next, Data 360, and Agentforce, partnering with clients to shape data architecture, consent models, and multi-channel orchestration.

You will drive discovery sessions and ensure designs align with compliance and governance requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members while supporting pre-sales and reference architectures.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing automation consulting or solution architecture.
• Hands-on delivery of enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Experience leading discovery workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate design into build-ready specs and UAT support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead functional design for MC Next with Data 360 foundation and eligibility rules.
• Run discovery and design sessions with stakeholders to capture current-state capabilities.
• Design campaign orchestration architecture across email, SMS, and conversational channels.
• Incorporate consent and compliance into platform designs (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Define setup governance, licensing, and data-space structures for MC Next.
