Job summary

Leap Event Technology is seeking a Marketing Automations Specialist to join our remote-friendly team. This role focuses on designing and building data-driven email and multi-channel flows, managing campaigns across platforms, and creating segmented audiences to drive client success.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, troubleshoot issues, and learn new tools to meet evolving client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and managing marketing automation workflows.
• Proficient with at least two marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of data integration, segmentation, and data flows.
• Knowledge of templating languages (AMPscript, Liquid, Django-like, HubL/Jinja2).
• Experience presenting results to clients or stakeholders.
• Understanding of customer funnel and KPIs.
• Basic HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated email and multi-channel workflows.
• Manage campaigns across multiple marketing automation platforms.
• Create segmented audiences and dynamic flows from customer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to architect solutions.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients on automations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client marketing automation issues.
• Learn new email automation tooling to meet client needs.
• Approach challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
• Embrace change and advocate for improvements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
