Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join a fast-moving B2B Automation & Delivery team in Menlo Park, CA. You will own the technical execution of sophisticated campaigns across email, events, and web experiences within a Salesforce ecosystem.

• Deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

• Experience with an ABM platform such as Demandbase.
• Strong SQL skills for audience segmentation, data extensions, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
• Experience with dynamic personalization and scripting, including AMPscript and ideally SSJS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical project management skills.
• Ability to translate marketing and business requirements into technical campaign execution.
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, optimize, and launch multi step automation journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
• Develop audience segmentation, data extensions, and personalization logic using SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Create dynamic and personalized content experiences using tools such as Movable Ink.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to integrate real time audience insights and segmentation into campaign execution.
• Execute integrated campaigns across email, business messaging, web, webinar, and event touchpoints.
• Manage and deploy landing pages, event pages, web forms, and tagging using platforms such as Splash, RainFocus, and Zoom.
• Work with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense to support targeted B2B marketing initiatives.
• Partner with MarTech, Analytics, Creative, and other cross functional teams to translate marketing requirements into executable technical solutions.
• Support campaign measurement, attribution, tagging, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
• Maintain strong data governance, campaign QA, and technical execution standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, systems, and automation capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced, hands on Marketing Automation Specialist to join a fast moving B2B Automation & Delivery team within a leading global technology organization.

In this role, you will own the technical execution of sophisticated, personalized marketing campaigns across email, business messaging, events, and web experiences. You will work within a mature Salesforce ecosystem to translate marketing strategy and business requirements into scalable, high quality campaign execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, along with strong experience in marketing automation, audience segmentation, personalization, SQL, and complex customer journeys.

What You’ll Do

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Movable Ink, Knack, Splash, RainFocus, Zoom, Highspot, Tableau, or 6sense
• Experience with business messaging platforms and integrating messaging automation into broader marketing workflows
• Experience with event marketing and event platforms
• Familiarity with campaign analytics, tagging strategy, attribution, and funnel conversion metrics
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
