Job summary

PlanetArt is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated campaigns across Braze and Listrak. You’ll manage data, segmentation, and dynamic content using HTML/CSS and Liquid, supporting revenue growth and user engagement.

Ideally you have strong experience in lifecycle marketing, event-driven workflows, and cross-platform analytics, with a focus on compliant, high-quality email rendering across devices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on Braze email marketing experience.
• 3+ years in BtoC email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation.
• Strong experience with triggered/lifecycle marketing and multi-step journeys.
• Experience with Liquid scripting for dynamic content and links.
• HTML & CSS for email, responsive and cross-client rendering.
• Advanced segmentation using Boolean logic and event-based triggers.
• Experience in QA/testing and email analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate marketing automation platforms and support platform migrations.
• Adapt HTML/CSS and Liquid for dynamic content and deeplinks.
• Build, test and launch trigger campaigns and AB test variations.
• Report on metrics and downstream business impact of campaigns.
• Create email templates and maintain template library with responsive rendering.
• Ensure sends comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL.
