Job summary

TekValue IT Solutions is seeking an email marketing specialist experienced with Braze to drive targeted campaigns. The role focuses on building campaigns, customer journeys, and personalized messaging using Canvas workflows.

You will code responsive emails with HTML/CSS and Liquid, implement segmentation, triggers, and A/B tests, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve engagement and conversions.

• Hands-on experience with Braze email marketing campaigns, campaign development, and Canvas workflow implementation.
• Strong expertise in Braze platform capabilities, including email campaign setup, automation, customer journeys, and personalized messaging.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for developing, customizing, and troubleshooting responsive email templates.
• Hands-on experience with Liquid templating for dynamic content, conditional logic, and personalized email experiences.
• Experience with customer segmentation, audience targeting, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign optimization to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Experience with customer data integration, user attributes, event-based triggers, and personalized communication strategies.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, email rendering, and cross-client compatibility.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to email marketing effectiveness.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, CRM, and technical teams to design and execute targeted email campaigns.
