Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. is offering a paid Worksite Intern position on our B2B2C Sales Enablement team to analyze, experiment, and propose changes to improve how our Agents engage with Employers and Employees based on research and in-market testing.

The internship runs May 17 through August 06, 2027, focusing on Demand, Sales, Marketing, and content systems to tailor stories at scale. You will gain hands-on experience in brand-aligned marketing and storytelling within a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.
• Rising junior or rising senior; graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2029.
• Available to work 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.
• Located in Central or Eastern US time zone preferred or willing to work CT/ET business hours.

Responsibilities

• Create Group Specific Campaign Briefs to improve scheduling rates.
• Develop industry-specific briefs targeting emerging markets for campaigns.
• Review member/employee campaigns to expand reach.
• Provide recommendations to improve conversion metrics in B2B2C campaigns.
