• Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work in Whippany, NJ office 3 days a week (hybrid).
• Available May 2027 to August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to develop national and/or brand category plans and strategies for the assigned project, aligning Sales Strategy and Operations and Marketing objectives to customer needs.
• Assist in pulling and analyzing syndicated and customer POS data to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop recommendations based on the analysis of data from various sources to enhance and improve business results.
• Communicate results, ideas, and suggestions both in written and verbal formats.
• Interact with Bayer Consumer Health colleagues across various job functions within Consumer Health Sales Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Customer Teams/Field Sales.
• Develop negotiation tactics to deliver mutually acceptable outputs.
• Conduct an oral presentation of project results and key learnings to Bayer management upon completion of the internship.
