Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Expert-level Director of Marketing Analytics Engineering & Data Products to own the marketing data architecture and build trusted, governed data products. You will partner with Marketing, Experience, and Analytics and collaborate with Enterprise Data on Snowflake-based pipelines, dashboards, and models.

Qualifications

• Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering and transformation frameworks.
• Power BI expertise and self-service analytics enablement.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) experience.
• Customer journey analytics and journey orchestration experience.
• Voice of Customer (VOC) analytics and customer experience measurement.
• Identity resolution and customer data platform experience.
• Real-time data pipeline and event-driven architecture experience.
• Git, CI/CD, automated testing, documentation, and data lineage tools.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-focused analytical data architecture and data products.
• Bridge between Marketing Analytics, Customer Experience, Insights, Data Science and Enterprise Data teams.
• Define data scope for marketing and experience data in Snowflake and how data flows between systems.
• Specify data products needed across analytics teams and how pipelines and scorecards are consumed.
• Support future customer journey orchestration capabilities and executive reporting.
• Start as hands-on contributor with potential to lead an Analytics Engineering team.
