Talkiatry is transforming mental health care and is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Team with a dedicated focus on Marketing. You will build scalable data models and pipelines, collaborate with Marketing to translate business goals into data products, and develop dashboards that monitor campaign performance and KPI trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Omni, Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics and dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clean, scalable data models and pipelines for marketing analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate goals into data requirements and products.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly BI solutions to monitor campaigns and KPIs.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and documentation.
