Fuller Theological Seminary is seeking a TENx10 Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and communications initiatives. This remote, fast-moving team requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across vendors and platforms.

You will track analytics, manage workflows, support content publishing, and coordinate production logistics. A nonprofit or mission-driven background is preferred; flexibility for US remote work is provided.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative coordinator role, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
• Preferred bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
• Demonstrates passion for the TENx10 mission and Christian work environment

Responsabilités

• Track and report website, email, and social analytics on a regular reporting cadence
• Manage MarComm reporting for grant metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for organizational and grant requirements
• Maintain reporting dashboards and data summaries to support strategic decision-making by the marketing leadership team
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Submit Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs) and coordinate onboarding documentation for freelancers and vendors
• Coordinate production craft services and hospitality logistics for video and photo shoots, including catering, supplies, and on-site needs
• Coordinate content publishing across platforms and provide operational support for newsletters and CMS edits
