Princeton Theological Seminary Inc. seeks a Communications and Content Manager to lead marketing and communications for the Polaris Young Adult Christian Leadership Initiative within the Seminary’s MarCom team.

As a 5-year grant-funded, full‑time exempt role, you will translate program priorities into practical plans, produce cross-channel content, and collaborate with staff and partners to boost enrollment and engagement among young adult leaders.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
Minimum three years of marketing and communications experience with integrated digital campaigns.
Experience marketing educational programs, membership networks, nonprofit initiatives, or leadership development opportunities.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Monday.com.
Experience collaborating on video production for digital channels.
Candidates must demonstrate work that connects content and outreach to audience growth, inquiries, registrations, or comparable outcomes.
Demonstrated success engaging young adult audiences with current familiarity with their digital communities.

Mansioni

Develop and implement communications plans for Polaris programs and initiatives.
Build campaigns moving audiences from awareness to inquiry, enrollment, and participation.
Coordinate paid and organic campaigns with MarCom partners.
Identify new media outlets and distribution partners for young adult audiences.
Refine messaging using participant feedback and audience research.
Maintain an editorial calendar across video, social, web, email, and newsletters.
Write and edit audience-focused copy and briefs for production.
Collaborate with writers, social media, web, photography, and media teams.
Coordinate external vendors within budget and timelines.
Ensure content aligns with brand standards and audience needs.
