Job summary

ProLife Across America is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Media Coordinator to manage our social media presence and assist with billboard campaigns and digital advertising. This part-time role reports to the President and supports the Marketing team in executing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced nonprofit environment, with 2-4+ years of related experience and strong proofreading skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or advertising coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for managing contracts, schedules, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proofreading capability.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Meta Business Suite) and scheduling tools (Google Drive, Microsoft Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ProLife Across America's social media presence.
• Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms.
• Develop and organize social media content calendars.
• Monitor social media engagement and provide regular updates and reports.
• Gather photos, graphics, videos, and other content for communications.
• Help ensure messaging and branding are consistent across digital platforms.
• Assist the Marketing team with planning and coordinating digital advertising campaigns.
• Track advertising schedules, budgets, impressions, CPMs, and campaign performance.
• Communicate with media vendors and follow up on campaign details, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Partner with Graphic Designer to coordinate creative materials to ensure advertisements are delivered on time.
