Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in data analytics and marketing consulting required.
• Required Skills: R, Python, SQL, R Studio, MS Excel, Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, Tableau, Looker/Google Data Studio, JMP, Qualtrics, Canva, Data Cleaning, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, Forecasting, Statistical Analysis, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, machine Learning, t-test, Anova, Chi-Square, marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, clustering techniques, A/B testing, customer segmentation, Multivariate Regression, Linear Regression, and dplyr.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing campaign performance across channels to measure effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement.
• Communicate and work directly with clients to help them understand their data and how it relates to their business objectives.
• Create insights presentations to communicate key metrics to stakeholders using a variety of analytical tools.
• Partner with product, data teams, solution architects, modeling, and sales teams to align model results with business objectives and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and train junior marketing data analysts.
