Syneos Health's Spherico unit in Columbus, OH seeks an Account Supervisor for Market & Patient Access. You will lead high-visibility projects, manage client budgets, and guide a team through strategy, development, and execution to drive access outcomes.

The role requires at least 4 years in an agency or consulting setting with market and patient access experience, strong pharmaceutical marketing knowledge, and ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant agency or consulting experience.
• Market and patient access support experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of general pharmaceutical marketing and sales, disease state and product science.

Responsabilités

• Manage client budgets (timely estimate submissions and compliance; prompt revision if required).
• Assist in financial control of accounts, both utilization and profitability; coordinate invoicing and receivables; prepare regular reporting.
• Partner with creative services manager and team to deliver on-brand, on-budget work.
• Foster a strong, cohesive team focused on priorities and client products/services.
• Manage team communication specific to project management.
• Multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales, disease states, and competition.
