Job summary

Syneos Health Advertising Group seeks a Director, Market Access Strategy for remote work in the United States. You will lead strategic oversight of key managed markets accounts, shaping market access, patient access, reimbursement and pull-through for client brands.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, deliver insights, and establish best practices while engaging payer and health-system stakeholders. Salary range $120k-$150k with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; MBA, RPH or PharmD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in managed markets strategy and management.
• Experience with health-care brands, payers and health systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategy for key accounts within Spherico.
• Collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities for the agency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategic vision.
• Develop industry-leading best practices and knowledge of the craft.
• Create thoughtful insights and presentations for client success.
• Stay ahead of managed markets trends and provide strategic value.
