Heaven Hill Brands seeks an On and Off Premise Market Manager to drive brand initiatives across Greater San Diego and Inland Empire markets from a remote base in northern San Diego County. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in distilled spirits/wine supplier industry.
• Strong analytical abilities from diverse data sources.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy, promotion, and sales techniques.
• Effective managerial and presentation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Managing distributors on a day to day basis, ensuring adherence to brand policies and objectives.
• Training distributor salespeople and evaluating distributor execution against initiatives.
• Supporting Regional Manager and direct report.
• Meet with key on- and off-premise accounts to build relationships.
• Present and leverage brands to increase volume and help distributors reach goals.
• Be visible at distributor offices to engage sales teams.
• Align with local events and execute national initiatives locally.
• Act as primary contact for distributor teams and support all sales activities.
• Execute product seminars at accounts with distributor teams.
• Provide monthly market activity reports to Regional Manager.
• Provide market/brand updates to supervisor and monitor field conditions.
• Review programs and updates with distributor management.
• Provide feedback on marketing and sales initiatives including POS/advertising.
• Special projects such as verifying pricing and distribution at accounts.
