As Head of Market Growth, you will own the strategy and execution to take new markets from launch to scale, creating exceptional experiences for hosts and members and building a vibrant local vendor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading marketplace, growth, partnerships, or operations teams with ownership of a business or market.
• Proven success launching or scaling new markets for a marketplace or multi-location business.
• Experience building vendor, channel, or partner ecosystems that create measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead market launches and strategy to reach 250 active units within six months.
• Design and improve repeatable systems and launch playbooks for scalable markets.
• Build national and local partnerships with brokers, lenders, contractors, and vendors.
• Create referral engines to drive organic growth among members and hosts.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Ops to improve occupancy and host success.
• Use data to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities across markets.
• Hire, coach, and develop Market Account Executives and ecosystem leaders.
• Run structured experiments to test and optimize market entry and scale.
