Together.The Remote Market Implementation Manager, is responsible for leading and coordinating all cross-functional activities associated with new market entry, service area expansions, and strategic growth initiatives within the Medicare Advantage health plan. This role serves as the central point of coordination across business, operational, clinical, provider network, regulatory, technology, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure successful launch and operational readiness of new markets. The Market Implementation Manager develops and executes comprehensive implementation plans, manages dependencies, drives accountability, mitigates risks, and ensures all market launch activities are completed on time and in accordance with CMS, state, and organizational requirements.
