Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote Market Development Manager, Sales Hunter based in the Atlanta or Charlotte area. In this role, you will drive growth for Presort Services by acquiring new mid-market clients and expanding relationships within existing accounts.

It is an individual contributor role with uncapped commissions and a base salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 annually. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B outside sales, proven hunter capabilities, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales with proven new business development
• Willingness to travel 35-50% for in-person client meetings
• Proven consultative and value-based selling with C-suite and VP-level
• Experience with CRM forecasting and pipeline hygiene
• Ability to work independently in a multi-state territory

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition within the mid-market segment and contribute revenue targets
• Develop and execute outbound strategies to build a robust sales pipeline
• Manage territory with structured coverage and go-to-market plans
• Lead early-stage sales cycles from prospecting to negotiation
• Build industry relationships and attend trade shows and events
