The role partners across Market Access, Finance, Legal, and Commercial to optimize patient access and long-term revenue in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. The executive will drive pricing governance, payer negotiations, and launch readiness, with an emphasis on strategic analysis and execution

Qualifications

12+ years in market access, pricing, contracting, or related commercial roles.
Experience developing U.S. pricing strategies and contracting programs.
Strong understanding of payer dynamics, rebates, and formulary access.

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. pricing strategy development for launch and lifecycle.
Establish pricing governance and cross-functional decision support.
Negotiate payer contracts and oversee rebate operations.
Develop GTN forecasts and financial impact assessments.
Partner with Finance on launch planning and accrual models.
Build scalable processes and governance for pricing management.
