Dockwa is seeking an Account Executive to own a marina prospect territory and drive adoption of its reservation, POS, fuel management, contracts, and analytics software. You’ll guide operators from discovery to close, using consultative demos to show tangible value and to map Dockwa solutions to real business goals.

You’ll partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure a seamless handoff after signing, while collaborating with Marketing and Product to keep a steady stream of feedback

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience selling full sales cycle SaaS solutions.
• Experience in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, property management software, payments, or financial services.
• Experience selling to small and mid-market businesses.
• Scrappy, startup environments with process-building alongside execution.
• Track record achieving or exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own territory and hit monthly quotas from prospecting to close—conducting strategic outbound to marina owners/managers/executives and consulting inbound leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand marina operations, pain points, and objectives, aligning solutions to inspire change.
• Partner with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure strong client experience and smooth post-sale handoffs.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to provide customer feedback and improve lead generation.
