Job summary

Dockwa is seeking an Implementation Specialist to bridge sales and success, guiding marinas from contract to active platform use. You’ll configure product features, migrate data, and train users to ensure timely go-lives and strong long-term retention.

You’ll work with Sales, Product, and Marina Success teams to tailor implementations, drive time-to-value, and improve adoption and retention metrics as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and training abilities for varied audiences.
• Experience with CRM and implementation tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Detail-oriented data migration, system configuration, and docs.
• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement marina customers, configure products and systems.
• Train users and develop onboarding materials and Help Center content.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Support to address challenges and feedback.
• Develop and refine implementation playbooks and scalable processes.
