Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee manufacturing site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead large cross-functional teams across logistics, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reports for senior management.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources; drive Lean improvements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures; ensure compliance.
