Qualifications

At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer’s needs.
Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications.
A distraction free, designated home workspace.
A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps).

Responsibilities
