Job summary

FedEx Corporation is seeking a Managing Director to shape digital and transportation strategy for 3rd party and indirect shipping providers across the US. You will partner with Transportation, Digital Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Engineering to drive revenue growth and align with FedEx's market leadership.

You will direct strategy development, commercialization for 3rd-party digital product portfolios, and lead a high-performing team while engaging stakeholders across the enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
10+ years in GM, strategy or operations with 5+ years in leadership.
Experience with 3rd-party shipping platforms or marketplaces.
Strong analytics, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Directs, organizes, develops and evaluates marketing policies and activities to meet objectives.
Develops and executes commercialization strategy for 3rd-party digital product portfolio with product/engineering teams.
Leads team of 3rd-party channel managers and partners with sales to go-to-market ecommerce platforms.
Builds, mentors and grows a high-performing 3rd-party team; fosters innovation and improvement.
Articulates commercial strategies and engages with customers and partners across the organization.
