Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Quality Engineering to build a unified QA function for a portfolio of software products in a fully remote, US-based role. You will shape testing strategies, implement shared automation, and establish quality standards while leading a distributed team of QA engineers and SDETs.

Collaboration with engineering leaders and executives will be essential to ensure reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years in QA/quality engineering, with leadership experience.
Hands-on UI and API test automation experience.
Experience applying AI-assisted testing tools with human oversight.
Strong knowledge of QA metrics, release readiness, and risk-based testing.
Experience with regulated software domains (finance/payments/PHI preferred).
Proven people-management capabilities and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Establish unified QA strategy and roadmaps for multiple products.
Build shared test automation frameworks and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
Define release readiness criteria and provide quality assessments for each release.
Measure and report quality metrics across products; communicate findings to leadership.
Champion responsible AI adoption with proper reviews and data protections.
Lead and develop QA and SDET teams; support staffing and career growth.
