Jobgether is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to head AI testing initiatives and ensure cloud-based solutions are reliable, scalable, and secure. You will design and maintain automated test suites for Java backend services and REST APIs while shaping testing strategies for AI-powered features.

The role is full-time and remote, based in India, with collaboration across product, engineering, and ML teams in an inclusive environment. 5–7 years of QA experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in software quality engineering with strong hands-on Java backend and REST API testing.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, or Cucumber.
• Experience testing AI features, including LLM output validation, semantic evaluation, hallucination detection, and security testing.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality engineering and AI testing initiatives to ensure software solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and production-ready.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Java-based backend services and REST APIs.
• Own testing strategies for AI-powered features, including LLM output validation, regression baselines, and end-to-end integration testing.
