You will partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers to drive lifecycle management from concept to obsolescence while advancing profitability and portfolio differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years' experience in Product Management within drives, controls and HVAC.
• Proven experience overseeing Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of owning product P&L, delivering growth and profitability.
• Deep understanding of PLM and NPD processes.
• Travel requirement: ~20% (higher if remotely based).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investments.
• Drive execution of roadmaps aligned to needs.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Market Managers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Review business cases to ensure strong returns and differentiation.
• Leverage customer insights to improve the portfolio.
