Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in Product Management within drives, controls, and HVAC.
• Experience leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Strong P&L ownership and portfolio management experience.
• Understanding of PLM and NPD processes.
• Willingness to travel ~20% (more if remote).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global Product Management team.
• Translate market strategies into actionable product plans and priorities.
• Own portfolio growth, profitability, pricing, and investment performance.
• Drive execution of product roadmaps aligned to business needs.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Market Managers.
• Review business cases and investments for strong returns.
• Leverage customer insights to improve the portfolio.
