Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Manager, Political Affairs based in the United States. The role leads political engagement initiatives and oversees the PAC's governance, compliance, and daily operations.

You will work with government affairs, legal, and executive leadership to analyze regulatory developments, guide strategy, and build relationships with policymakers and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, government, communications, business, law, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in political affairs, government relations, PAC management, legislative affairs, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of FEC regulations and campaign finance laws.
• Ability to independently manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and governance of the federal PAC.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase contributor engagement.
• Advise leadership on political contribution opportunities and legislative priorities.
• Plan and execute PAC communications, fundraising activities, and engagement programs.
• Prepare board materials and organize PAC Board meetings.
• Research and communicate regulatory changes affecting the organization.
