Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Political Affairs to lead the Federal PAC governance and political engagement programs. The role supports policy analysis, regulatory compliance, and strategic engagement with federal/state stakeholders across a multinational team.

You will develop short- and long-term plans to increase PAC participation, provide guidance on governance, and deliver governance materials and executive dashboards to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, government, or related field.
• 5+ years in political affairs, government relations, PAC management, or related area.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs.
• Knowledge of FEC regulations and campaign finance laws.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee strategic planning and governance of the RGA Federal PAC.
• Develop plans to increase PAC participation and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to Governmental Affairs leadership.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting RGA and the industry.
• Prepare governance materials and conduct PAC Board meetings.
• Deliver executive dashboards and reporting on PAC performance.
