Reinsurance Group Of America, Incorporated (RGA) is seeking a Manager of Political Affairs to lead the PAC governance, strategy, and regulatory compliance. The role partners across Government Affairs, Legal, Compliance, Finance and leadership to align policy priorities with political engagement and reporting requirements.

The incumbent will manage day-to-day operations of the Federal PAC, develop short- and long-term plans, analyze regulatory developments, and deliver strategic recommendations

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, government, communications, business, law, or related field.
• 5+ years in political affairs, government relations, PAC management, or campaign finance.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and presenting to senior leaders.
• Knowledge of FEC regs, campaign finance laws, PAC governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee strategic planning, governance, and operations of the RGA Federal PAC.
• Increase PAC participation, engagement, and program effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on PAC operations and campaign finance compliance.
• Analyze political opportunities, legislative priorities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead development of PAC communications, campaigns, and fundraising activities.
• Prepare governance materials and support PAC Board meetings.
• Monitor federal/state developments impacting RGA and industry.
• Build relationships with policymakers, associations, and compliance advisors.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other teams on risk and controls.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports to evaluate PAC performance.
